Job Summary:
Responsible for successful execution of sales strategy and plan to achieve assigned goals and objective for individual and team. Develop and grow assigned accouns to achive overall sales and profitability. Ensure healthy sales funnel and opportunity creation.
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales & orders, profit and strategic objectives for the assigned regions.
- To provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of the Asean customers for company produtcts & solutions.
- To actively participate & contribute towards the compltion of Country Growth Plan (Asean, Oceania)
- Expand our network for Asean Market
- To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection and opporutnity for Asean.
- Debt Monitoring and collections
- Engage in active sales visit with distributors, consultants, SI, panel builder and end user.
- Market studies and feedbacks to HQ: Market information, competition & pricing, customers behavior, market values.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
- Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, OEM, consultants, end users.
- Possess creativity in problem solving
- Highly motivated individual
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales of industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of drives, VFD's and its industry applications.
- Knowledge in Automation market, OEM applications
- Open to travel within Asean regions
