Operations Management:
- Ensure consistent operational standards and timely order deliveries by adhering to SOPs, implementing 6S practices, and providing guidance to team members.
Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, coordinating with external parties when required to maintain smooth order flow.
Order Management:
- Oversee warehouse and delivery orders, perform data analysis, and deliver prompt feedback on order status.
Documentation:
- Monitor maintenance orders, manage documentation, and conduct regular inventory checks.
Process Improvement:
- Support the optimization of daily operations by troubleshooting problems and implementing strategies to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
- NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred
- Open to candidates with no experience
