M&E Manager
(for a regional market leader in industrial property development and owner)
· Work with Construction Manager or Director (Ops) with the same area to achieve business Objectives & Goals
· Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors, testing and commissioning
· Coordinate with all BIM modelers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of various M&E contractors,
· Ensure timely prepare and submission of CSD,
· To manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
· Daily management of OPS department.
· Meeting, coordinating and assessing all M&E contractors progress and variation order claims
· Conduct design and coordination meeting with Client’s representatives and Architects
· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
· Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.
· Check working drawing, quality of work to identify discrepancies for resolution.
· Ensure the site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan and proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
· Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E consultant and vendors to resolve construction, installation and quality issues.
Requirements
· Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other building-related disciplines
· 8-10 years' experience in building and construction projects
· Can operate, review and make comments on BIM model software including BIM 360, REVIT and the like.
