We are looking for a Guest Relations & Operations Associate with a competitive salary of up to $3,500.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate booking and payment records.
- Make bookings for guests, provide information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions, and build rapport with guests.
- Collaborate with Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams on manpower and operation planning while managing guest requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus).
- Leadership ability to manage and guide a team.
