Core Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution:Drive B2B sales from opportunity generation to closing.
Collaborate with renowned partners (Bosch, Yamaha, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft) and the in-house AV Design Team to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Negotiation:Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bids.
- Reporting:Present and submit weekly sales reports.
- Partnership Management:Assist in managing relationships with manufacturers for audio solutions and related technologies.
Source and secure partnerships to enhance the breadth of audio solutions offered to clients.
- Market Focus:Focus on Pro Audio Solutions in large venues such as theaters and auditoriums.
Target primary markets including the hospitality and education sectors.
Job Specifications:
Education Qualification:
- Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual preferred, or
- Diploma in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in a project-based sales environment, developing customized solutions.
- Knowledge of Pro Sound Solutions for large venues is essential.
- Keen interest in sales management and leadership traits (for Assistant Sales Manager only).
- Familiarity with Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions is a plus.
