Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Design:Collaborate with sales staff to understand client security needs and specifications.
Confirm security requirements with clients and finalize design solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage contractor assignments and procurement of materials alongside the Project Manager.
- System Installation and Integration:Oversee the installation of security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Integrate various security systems effectively.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Technical Support:Address technical and malfunction issues during the handover stage of the project.
Provide technical information and support to the Service and Operations Team during project handover.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, installation processes, and testing results.
Prepare reports for stakeholders, detailing project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical and/or Electronics or related engineering field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in site supervision and coordination with owners, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Technical Skills:Experience in the installation of alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
Proficient in system programming and troubleshooting.
Computer literate with knowledge of risk management principles.
