Responsibilities :
- WP, SP & EP processing (Application, Renewal, Cancellation)
- Sourcing & liaise with recruiter for company's vacant & arrange for interview with hiring manager
- Onboarding & offboarding for employees
- Responsible for staff's benefits and resolve on grievance arise
- P-File Management
- Handle Government Paid Leave
- Perform HR administrative record & monitor on staff's leaves application
- Manage regulatory legislation and communicate with the authorities; e.g. attending to Governmental Agencies survey
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director and section heads
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
