Responsibilities:
- Direct project teams, coordinate electrical installations, and conduct inspections as delegated by the Project Manager.
- Monitor site progress to meet the master schedule, ensuring compliance with installation methods and industry Codes of Practices.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate work acceptance, plan approvals, and resolve project issues.
- Collaborate amicably with all project stakeholders to address concerns and secure approvals across project phases.
- Support in pricing negotiations, purchase order processing, and drawing preparations.
- Manage the timely allocation of labor, materials, and equipment for project tasks, including power upgrades and renovations.
- Assemble the Operation and Maintenance Manual with detailed specifications, equipment data, and As-Built Drawings.
- Execute inspections and tests for electrical safety in various building types, following established Codes of Practices.
- Assess documentation for Tenancy and Power Upgrading Works, and handle Licensed Electrical Worker Services, including CS3 endorsements and ECS Building inspections.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and manage electrical installation servicing during shutdowns.
- Engage in the company's tender and quoting processes to support growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Power, Electronics Engineering or related field
