Key Responsibilities:
- Perform load testing on washers using appropriate consumables to assess performance.
- Conduct dryness testing for sterilizers to ensure proper functionality.
- Prepare and package load sets for testing, including pouching, wrapping, and placing items in containers.
- Arrange instruments in containers for testing purposes.
- Generate detailed reports in alignment with customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to clinical and user applications involving consumables.
- Optimize machine program parameters to meet desired outcomes for specific loads.
- Execute load efficacy testing for all machine programs during equipment and consumables trials, adjusting parameters as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Perform technical validation of machines and conduct steam quality assessments.
Requirements:
- Adaptability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and block diagrams.
- Prior experience in CSSD or water treatment systems is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or application testing for CSSD equipment or systems.
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
