Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman, family members, and extended family as needed.
- Ensure the timely updating of calendars for the Chairman and family members, capturing all appointments, dining arrangements, meetings, and flight schedules.
- Manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transport, dining, etc.), including Private Jet coordination when required.
- Organize meetings, workshops, conferences, seminars, and events, including setup, taking minutes, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman, family, and external stakeholders.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage expense claims for the Chairman and family members.
- Assist with online purchases and procurement of items for the Chairman and family as needed.
- Coordinate transport requests with drivers for the Chairman and family, or as required.
- Run personal errands for the Chairman, family, or extended family members as needed.
- Collaborate with overseas PAs when necessary.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations or other office-related tasks as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the hospitality industry or a similar role.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Experience in supporting C-suite executives is preferred.
