About the Role
As a Beauty Specialist, you will be an ambassador of the brand, offering personalized consultations and promoting our exclusive range of skincare, fragrances, and beauty products. You will create unforgettable experiences for our clients, ensuring every visit feels unique and indulgent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations
- Demonstrate and promote the full range of beauty products
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Ensure visual merchandising reflects the elegance of the Hermès brand
- Maintain a deep knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining Hermès’ high standards of luxury
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics (2+ years preferred)
- Passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
