Job Overview:
As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-impact advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your key focus will be on optimizing ad performance on social media platforms like Xiaohongshu and Douyin. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, audience targeting, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Execution of Social Media Campaigns: Lead and manage ad campaigns, particularly on Xiaohongshu and Douyin, including content creation, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and ad tech innovations to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Budget Management: Oversee the advertising budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and effectively executed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with proven success managing campaigns on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and other social media platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in advertising platforms, performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics), and programmatic ad management.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to interpret and act upon data, with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad performance reporting.
- Creativity: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful ad content that drives engagement.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
