Summary
The Regional Head of Business Excellence is responsible for leading transversal projects and activities within the region. In close collaboration with Head Office (HO) Business Excellence team, the position will partner and support transformation project implementation, communication and change management with all key stakeholders and other HO and Regional departments.
This role requires conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. An inspiring management style incorporating CMA CGM’s vision and values, that is naturally collaborative, bold and teamwork driven.
Responsibilities
- Governance: Ensure implementation of business transformation framework defined by HO Business Excellence team for project management, communication, change management & management reporting in the region. Be the key interface for Regional Office (RO) Management & Agency General Managers for topics and projects related to Business Process Transformation
- Projects: Contributing, leading, and implementing business projects in the agencies network which are transversal in nature
- Continuous Improvement: Identify, Implement and Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the region
- Efficiency: Focus on Productivity & Service Quality through continuous improvement
- Deployment & Change management: Prepare & support RO and Agencies for project deployment and change management
- Collaboration: Act as bridge between the Agency Network, RO Management, HO Business Units and Global Experience Network (GEN) Business Excellence teams
- Proactively working with regional senior leadership teams to identify and deliver improvements that support our vision, values, and strategic plan
Requirements
- At least 8-14 years of experience in the field of shipping & logistics complimented by process expertise in agency processes
- Successful track record in areas of Business & Process Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Digitization, Customer Experience and Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead organisational strategic planning and to implement processes that integrate business objectives into accountable outcomes
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering transformational change, innovation initiatives and process improvements
- Experience in implementing HO Projects successfully
- Strong change management and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
