HR Executive

Job Description:

Full Spectrum HR Work duties and administrative support role and advisor to manager in charge

Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters;

Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc;

Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;

Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;

Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;

Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;

Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;

Handle employee on boarding / off boarding process.

Assist in the monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in compensation

Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Coordinate learning and development programs for employees

Maintain records of training sessions and employee participation

Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or HR related is preferred;
  • Preferably 2 years in relevant HR administration role; HR policy planning; HR full spectrum.
  • Understanding of Singapore labour laws and work pass processes.
  • Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IRAS, government related latest updates.
  • Organized and able to take stress.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic salary at S$3,000/- above per month
  • · Work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player
  • · Singaporeans & PR Only.
  • . 5days work (0830hrs to 1730hrs)
