Job Description
- Formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Advises internal teams and external clients on overall architect solutions.
- Facilitation of client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell cycle
- Ability to do rapid prototyping
- Create presentations and design architecture and/or infrastructure diagrams to present solutions to customer executives
- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes
- Formulation of high-quality bids and proposals
- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
- Develops and delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft .Net, and Content Management Solutions & integrations
- Experience with AWS and / or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Public Sector projects will be advantageous
- Experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contracts
- Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems
- Relevant Microsoft, AWS certifications will be advantageous
- Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design

- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
