Duties & Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales activities
- Involve in SAP solutioning during Pre-sales stage and Project Lifecyle.
- Engage with customers for scoping and requirements gathering during pre-sales stage, coming up with overall solution and landscape.
- Support Proposal preparation and presentation.
- Involve in understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.
- Support preparation of demo and presentations to client - Able to input basic configuration into the demo to get the demo ready for presentation.
- Independently manage customers and internal stakeholders as well as drive executive presentations.
- Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and guide proposal content accordingly.
- Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.
- Assume individual proposal management responsibilities for medium to large size proposals.
- Validate/Cross verify the overall solution/deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales strategy.
Implementation activities
- Implement SAP ERP solutions and provide support to clients.
- Work on design review and quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Design and develop SAP ERP solutions that meet the client's needs.
- Integrate SAP ERP with other systems in the client's IT landscape.
- Stay up to date on the latest SAP ERP technologies and leading practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP projects.
- Must have experience in SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations, including S/4HANA conversion work and migration projects.
- Must have hands-on configuration and solutioning skills and experience.
- Experience in Pre-sales stage of S/4HANA implementations, conversation and migrations.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP ERP deployments.
- In-depth knowledge on FICO and PS modules.
- Experience in inter-modular integrations within S/4HANA and/or ECC core modules.
- Ability to navigate through client's change management process with S/4HANA conversations, Business processes re-engineering concepts etc.
- Good to have experience with BPC/SAC.
- Good to have: Knowhow of Cloud ALM to execute the S/4HANA Public Cloud project successfully.
- Exposure to leading teams.
- Excellent communications skills.
