Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, providing information about our catering services, menus, and packages.
- Client follow-up: Engage with both potential and existing clients to clarify event details, confirm orders, and ensure satisfaction.
- Sales assistance: Support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and providing assistance during client consultations.
- Client advising: Offer advice on menu selection, catering options, and event logistics based on client preferences, budget, event type and menu offerings to encourage upselling.
- Order entry: Process and record client orders accurately in the system, covering all details like menu, delivery time, and any special requests.
- Coordination: Communicate client needs clearly to the kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Order updates: Keep clients informed of any order changes, including menu adjustments or scheduling updates.
- Event planning assistance: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event requirements, guiding them on catering options, setups, and dietary needs.
- Scheduling & logistics: Coordinate delivery times, venue setups, and other logistics to ensure smooth event execution.
- Problem resolution: Address client concerns quickly and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and client retention. Handle any last-minute requests or issues that arise on the day of the event.
- Liaison with operations: Work alongside the operations team to ensure client expectations are met during the event.
- Building relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering repeat business through attentive service and follow-ups.
- Post-event follow-up: Gather feedback after events to ensure client satisfaction and address any comments. Collect client feedback on food quality and service, and communicate with relevant departments for improvements.
- Client retention: Implement client retention strategies by offering personalized service and suggesting future catering opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and feedback in our CRM/order management system.

- Strong desire to own projects and exceed expectations.
- Versatile and solution-oriented, with a drive to deliver results.
- Strong command of MS Office and/or SAP/ERP systems.
