Responsibilities
- Assist with key entry of shipment information
- Upload shipment and information records to UPS mainframe
- Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry
- Support administrative duties
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate; typing speed of 40wpm
- Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month
- Willing to work shifts: 4pm to 8pm, 6pm to 10pm, and 7pm to 11pm
- Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays.
- Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
