PASTRY CHEF

  • Prepare a variety of Western pastry & Chinese desserts.
  • Experiment with new flavors and presentation techniques to develop seasonal dessert menus.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create a pastry & dessert experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients specific to dessert preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef, with a focus on Chinese desserts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Western & Chinese dessert techniques and ingredients.
  • Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
