Job Scope (Junior):
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and facilitate feedback processes.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in the development of HR policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- HR Data Management: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- Organizational Development: Support initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
- Candidate with relevant experience in construction industry will have added advantages but not compulsory
