Responsibilities
Project Engineer
- Manage projects at one or more designated sites.
- Assist the project manager with executing projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants about project issues.
- Plan and coordinate all fire installation tasks.
- Participate in meetings to discuss site coordination and project progress.
- Make sure projects stay on schedule.
- Oversee site activities and ensure implementation of plans.
- Check shop drawings, prepare as-built drawings, hydraulic calculations, and variation orders.
- Track project schedule, material deliveries, and budget.
Maintenance Engineer
- Assist in planning and updating maintenance schedules, permit clearances, and site schedules.
- Discuss contract and material costs with clients and vendors.
- Use ERP software to order materials and tools for maintenance.
- Join meetings with clients and vendors as needed.
- Make sure maintenance schedules are followed on time.
- Ensure safety measures are included in method statements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Candidate with working experience in related field will have added advantage.
- Able to start in short notice period.
