Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including instruction manuals and installation guides.
- Develop and uphold documentation templates, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity and clarity across all materials.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather and analyze information on freezer or cooking machinery and associated software.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and instructions into easily understandable language for technicians and engineers.
- Participate in cross-functional teams from Europe and America to ensure effective documentation of new machinery features and software updates.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks is advantage
- Min Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline
