Job Scope
- Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operations support to the users in the use of ERP system.
- Manage the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, attending to daily operations issue and requests, and providing technical advisory to resolve systems and operations issues.
- Engage users and customers for new enhancements and modifications to the systems for new deployment or implementations.
- Plan these implementations and manage the team and resources for the deployment of these implementations.
- Understand the existing and future operation’s needs, the manager will assist the head of department to plan for system upgrade and acquisition of new systems to support company strategic business objectives.
- Understand system lifecycle management and processes and ensure all system implementation, development, support adhere to company defined processes and industry best practices.
- Plan and manage the team members support activities, training and career development to fulfil their respective roles.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering and above
- 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in Supply Chain Management / 3rd Party Logistics / Turnkey Manufacturing
- Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems
- Experienced in leading at least two IT implementation or development projects is a plus
