We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to lead the implementation and management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will have prior knowledge of HubSpot and other productivity tools to enhance the marketing department's efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation & Management:
- Lead the implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the marketing department and overall business objectives.
- Customise and configure the CRM system (HubSpot) to align with company processes.
- Train team members on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Oversee and/or execute the following: Clean, migrate, maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyse CRM data to provide insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
Marketing Automation:
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows within the CRM to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.
- Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Integration & Collaboration:
- Integrate the CRM with other marketing tools and platforms to create a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective use of the CRM system.
Productivity Tools:
- Identify and implement additional productivity tools that can enhance the marketing department's efficiency.
- Train team members on new tools and ensure they are effectively integrated into daily operations.
Project Management:
- Manage CRM-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
Customer Engagement:
- Use CRM data to develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and retention.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of these campaigns to continually refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Slack and Google Work Space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Familiarity with additional CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing customization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
