Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, and application solution design for Cards Core Issuing application processes and related online and batch interfaces.
· Document requirements/solution traceability, functional design, and collaborate closely with functional Business Analysts, product/project managers, architects, application developers, and end-users for the development and enhancement of applications.
· Review detailed technical design, codes, test strategies, and test results, and manage defect triaging.
Main Scope for Cards Tech System Analyst for Credit Card Business Launch/Migration Project:
· Fraud Application Implementation: Experience in implementing fraud applications (e.g., Falcon, SAS) for a card platform.
· Mainframe and Cards Processing Platform: Hands-on experience with mainframe systems and card processing platforms (Cardlink, VisionPlus, etc.).
· Functional Solution Analysis: Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
· Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, fellow System Analysts, Functional Business Analysts, architects, project team members, testers, operations users, and the application development team for functional design and solutions.
· Guidance in Card Parameter Setup: Guide testers/users in setting up card parameters for new businesses (including new organizations, products, pricing, etc.).
· End-to-End Reconciliation Process: Guide testers/users through the end-to-end reconciliation process.
· Functional Solution Documentation: Prepare functional solution documents.
· Testing Support: Support system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing—work closely with TCOE and business users to ensure coverage of critical and important functions.
· Post-Implementation Support: Provide support after implementation.
· Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks related to the project/processes.
