The School of Business in Singapore Polytechnic is looking to hire a Temporary Project Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Course Chairs in the maintenance of curriculum and course admin.
- Support the preparation of course related information for the renewal /revamp of programmes.
- Provide administrative support for new module development.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for outreach and alumni initiatives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Contract Duration: 11 months
