JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist Operation Director in retail operation including planning, staff training, market analysis, reports preparation
• Manage staff appraisals
• Provide customer service
• Any other ad-hoc duties
• Perform sales functions at the retail outlets.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet customers’ expectations.
• Issues memo for cashier payment.
• To conduct stocks packing neat and tidy
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Must be willing to work retail hours
• Good communication & multi-tasking skills
• Good team player, self-discipline with strong interpersonal skills
• Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages
• Proficiency in MS Office
