We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will manage the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of food preparation.
This role is vital to ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently and meets high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and ensuring equipment is sanitized.
- Help in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries, ensuring that all stock is properly organized and rotated.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene standards (e.g., washing hands, wearing protective gear, and handling food safely).
- Provide assistance to the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation and service.
<Requirements>
- Previous experience in a THAI kitchen or in a similar role is preferred.
- Prefer Chef with Food Science background
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Require to work during weekends and public holidays
- Ability to handle short-staffed situation
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
