Account cum Admin Assistant

The job scope for an Accounts and Admin Assistant responsibilities and tasks as follows:

  1. Data Entry and Maintenance: Inputting and updating customer information, sales orders, and other relevant data into the company's database. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.
  2. Order Processing: Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
    Coordinating with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  3. Communication and Correspondence: Handling and responding to customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls regarding sales orders, product information, and general queries. Coordinating with the accounts and sales team and other departments to relay important information.
  4. Documentation and Filing: Organizing and maintaining sales documents, contracts, and other paperwork.
    Ensuring that all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
  5. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the accounts and sales team, such as preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure a seamless flow of information and coordination.
  7. Customer Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
