Job Scope:
- Oversee the collection of customer accounts
- In charge customer's dispute on the invoices and credit notes etc
- In charge customer and salesman queries
- Perform legal proceeding and follow up on the documentation thereafter until closure
- Review customer evaluation submitted and ensure proper justifications had been made prior to approvals by GM Finance
- Release codes when the Credit Limit or Credit Term is breached with proper approval
- Handle monthly debtor ageing report for internal review
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years relevant experience in Credit Control
- Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
