Job Description

Application Test Engineer

· Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's semiconductor products, especially those related to wireless communication technologies.

· Responsible for involving in driving projects for different integrated chips by setting up test sequences in LABview for data collection for data analysis.

· Responsible for Preparing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor products.

· Responsible for Adepting at data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve product issues and optimize test processes.

· Responsible for managing large data sets, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data validation protocols. Adept at generating comprehensive reports and data presentations for decision-makers, enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within organizations.

· Work with design team to understand design specifications.

· Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards.

· Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data.

· Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks.

· Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time.

· Work with production team to release products to volume production.

· ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software.

· Silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware development.

· Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis.

· Drive for robust and cost effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality.

3 Years Service agreement due to Project demand.
