Job Description:
- Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
- Manage daily sales transactions and cashier duties
- Promoting and educating customers on our programmes and products
- To gather data on all enquiries and input it into the admissions database
- Arrange lesson schedules with parents and teachers, and submit grade examination applications
- Maintain the list of office inventories and monitor the re-order level to ensure a continuous supply.
- Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Working hours:
- Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 6:30pm
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administrative or relevant field
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people
- Customer-oriented, well-organised, meticulous with problem-solving skills
- High initiative, independence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player; ability to work well with employees at all levels
- A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
