Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:45 pm
Salary Ranges: S$3,500 to S$4,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the company's accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
- Update account schedule periodically and conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements.
- Prepare GST filing and submit it to IRAS accurately and timely.
- Prepare tax returns for the company and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure salary, CPF, and Workers' Levy are paid accurately and timely.
- Prepare itemized payroll slips for employees on time.
- Conduct stock take and ensure the inventory is correctly recorded.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries accurately.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Take up additional admin duties to support the company's operations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential, as this position requires communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with solid accountability.
- Proficient in computer skills and high efficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Xero Accounting Software.
