Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
- Collaborate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work in line with delivery timelines.
- Handle material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) or implementing design changes.
- Confirm orders based on the availability of materials and production capacity.
- Coordinate with purchasing teams to plan and manage material deliveries, preventing excess inventory buildup.
- Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure the timely closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
- Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing, preferably with inventory control experience.
