Job Responsibilities:
- Approaching in store shoppers to promote the app to them
- Guiding customers on how to use the app, ensuring that the customer knows how to use it
- Answering questions given by customers
- Troubleshooting technical issues
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organise, plan and implement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
