- Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring client’s payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects
- Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial and inventory reports to management
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department to prepare quotations
- Assist in project delivery by receiving client’s purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing and maintenance, responding to client’s requests where necessary
- Assist in preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with clients
- Other ad-hoc duties when required or as instructed
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Construction / manufacturing / engineering experience will be an added advantage
