Job Overview
We are seeking an individual with a mindset for continuous improvement and can adapt quickly in a startup environment to join our team in Singapore. This position will require to design, develop and maintain quality test plan, conduct functional and performance testing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality assurance of mobile and PC software; develop reasonable test plans and testing strategies to ensure testing work proceeds efficiently and orderly.
- Responsible for the software and hardware testing of the company's intelligent hardware products; coordinate and carry out acceptance testing.
- Based on product requirements and business logic, develop test plans, construct user scenarios, write and execute test cases, and produce test reports.
- Organize and execute testing tasks, compile and analyse test results, track and identify product defects, actively promote resolutions with the development team, review the testing process to ensure quality.
- Provide product optimization suggestions from the user's perspective to enhance the product experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years of software or mobile app testing experience; overseas app testing experience is required.
- Familiar with software testing processes and methods; able to analyse and design test cases based on product design requirements.
- Proficient in SQL; candidates with some development abilities are preferred.
- Good documentation skills; understanding of software testing standards and systems.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility; strong logical analysis skills; excellent communication skills; actively promote progress and strong team collaboration abilities.
