Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse construction drawings especially Architectural details.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers and sub-contractors to determine project specifications.
  • Conduct risk evaluation. Determine job requirements including equipment, materials, and manpower.
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
  • Maintain site safety standards and comply with regulations and codes.
  • Attend site meetings, resolve site problems and prepare management reports.
  • Oversee construction projects. Ensure all schedules and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Good project management, leadership, time management and people skills.
  • Those with experience in roofing, facade or architectural construction works preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in construction related field.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license.
