Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily customer service operations.
- Work closely with Company Airfreight department to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
- Responsible for new business implementation.
- Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
- Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
- Responsible for team’s yearly appraisal.
- Maintain of team’s training records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant of Customer Service experience in Air Freight
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong Export Airfreight Customer fronting/engagement experience preferred.
