Job Description

- Position Title: Site Manager
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat half day)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the construction site team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule, quality standards, and budget
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and manpower are available for uninterrupted progress
- Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitor construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, contract terms, and relevant regulations
- Manage site-related costs, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget
- Conduct regular safety audits, and risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
- Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
- Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
- Proficient in MS Office
- A class 3 driving license is required
