Job Description

- Position Title: Site Engineer
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat half day)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily construction activities, ensuring works progress according to the project schedule, design, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction workers, subcontractors, and other engineers on-site.
- Ensure that construction methods and materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth and successful execution of the project.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and the specific requirements of the project.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
- Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
- Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
- Proficient in MS Office
- A class 3 driving license is required
