Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and propel company expansion in the goods forwarding industry.
- Prospecting and qualifying potential customers will help you find and seize new business chances.
- Create and preserve connections with both new and current clients by answering their questions and offering outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and prices, create and execute sales presentations, and finalise transactions.
- Work together with internal departments including finance, operations, and customer service to provide seamless and effective client service.
- Assist with sales by creating quotations, monitoring shipments, and promptly addressing client concerns.
- Maintain a competitive edge by keeping abreast of industry regulations, competitor activity, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ Business Marketing or a related field
- Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air or Ocean) / Logistics Industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
