Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and negotiate potential candidates.
- Review and understand the technical job requirements.
- Able to work for multiple accounts.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level Interviews with Key Candidates.
- Provide reports and updates to immediate superior.
- Responsible for managing recruitment trackers.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records.
- Monitor timesheets submission, attendance and leave filing.
- Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
- Develop and maintain employer-employee relations through building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communications
Qualifications:
- ·Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, ability to multitask.
- Understanding of local employment act, regulations and HR practices.
