Job responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid strategies to existing and prospective customer and achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Ensure systematic coverage of assigned territory/market supported by relevant daily sales reports to be submitted periodically to the Management for information and review.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Building new customers base to increase Production Printing business with Digital Transformation initiative (DX).
- Expediate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Provide support to all sales staffs including branches, where needed.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, internet web sites virtual webinars etc.
- Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor/tabulate competitors’ activities and advise superior of up-to-date information.
- Assist Management/Superior with any additional market and business information relating to the creditworthiness and/or financial standing of prospective customers.
- Display or demonstrate product, using demo units or catalogues and emphasize sellable features.
- Follows up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure comply rules & regulation of internal sales order process workflow.
- Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customer in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relations with customers, advise them of Company’s services and provide product/pricing information. Evaluate customer’s requirements, investigate complaints of technical nature affecting sales, etc and advise Management as regards key problem areas.
- Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of product availability and delivery schedules work collaboratively with Business Operation Department (BOD).
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Mechanical)
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
