As the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of COS online store in SEA +HKTW
In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities.
What you will do:
Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your market in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision
Enhance the online store customer experience in your market, to increase selling and online growth
Collaborate within the E-commerce team, creating an efficient and informative workflow towards the set long and short term goals
Collaborate with global and regional ecommerce team to align selling, content and customer experience strategy
Work with merchandising and logistic team to secure fulfilment and shipping
Analyse selling reports, budget and other available tools to make right business decision to meet selling targets
Develop, execute and follow up with the ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth
Accountable for setting the online budget and following up on P&L, supported by controlling (Sales, Returns and other relevant matrix)
Drive the business forward by constantly analysing and assess the effectiveness of the E-commerce operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems and ways of working where relevant
