We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join our team as an Administrative Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation for our department and Centre for Assessment and Evaluation.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- Provide secretariat assistance in events such as seminars and workshops.
- Coordinate purchases and processing of all the claims for the department.
- Facilitate requisition of logistical items and its associated financial requirements
- Undertake any other functional tasks as assigned by the managers and Head of Department.
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Proficiency in MS office applications, Adobe Acrobat & OneDrive.
Other designing softwares like photoshop will be an advantage. - This role would be under a 1-year contract(renewable).
