URGENT
Location : Kim Keat Road
Position : Temp Staff – Registration Division (TCMPB Processes)
Responsibilities
- Processing of applications from TCM practitioners for registration, examinations update of particulars, reprint of certificates and other applications related matters.
- Attend and prepare replies to email enquiries on application
- Assist in logistics and procurement of items for TCMP examinations.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to read and converse well
- Preferably with experience in admin/processing work
- Able to commit for 12 months
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Hourly Pay Rate
Degree - $18.50/hour
Diploma - $13.60/hour (> 3 years of experience); $12.53/hour (0-2 years)
