Responsibilities:
Service:
- Manage day to day enquires/service calls, by email, telephone & fax from Ship/agent sub-contractors and maker/supplier for Equipment Sales and Services if any. Respond to the customers with quotes/ technical questions,
- Sending quotation through CRM, ERP & Email
- Allocate service jobs to Engineers depending on their skills with Support of Technical Manager.
- Assist Technical Manager for an accurate, up to date service schedule & in the planning of all service operations.
- Plan labor and material requirements for multiple repairs new projects. Communicate courteously with customers by phone, email, letter and face to face.
- Liaise with Ship management, Shipping agencies & Customers for timely & satisfactorily completion of service calls
- Coordinate with outsourced technicians for completion of Job.
- Maintain record for all confirmed outsourced technician.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts.
Sales:
- Preparation of sales offer
- Sourcing and negotiating competitive offers from local companies
- Collaborating with other department to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- To provide after-sales support when requested.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to the LM.
