Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the APAC region, aligned with Company's global product roadmap
- Help manage the Product lifecycle within the region to ensure profitability and success
- Adapt and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans for product launches and updates
- Monitor product performance in the APAC market, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to drive growth
- Keep up to date with competitive intelligence, analyse market research to identify opportunities and threats within the physical security market in APAC and gaps within the regional product offering
- Ensure the various teams have the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell our product and solutions in the APAC region
- Ensure that all products meet regional regulatory and compliance requirements
- Adapt and communicate the regional product roadmap to various stakeholders
- Build strategic relationships with regional technology partners
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Ensure that the regional requirements are communicated to the various Product Groups and that our solutions are developed according to regional specifications and market requirements
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, IT or other technical degrees
- At least 10 years' experience in a product related role within physical security including product management, sales or technical sales roles.
- Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and analytics
- Strong understanding of the APAC market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience with generating reporting dashboards such as Power BI or other reporting tools
