We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our dynamic team.


Job Description:


The Corporate Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s administrative activities, maintaining corporate governance standards, and supporting the board of directors and senior management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and statutory registers.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implement best practices in corporate governance.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports, returns, and other compliance documents.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Provide administrative support to the board of directors and senior management.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain a filing system for corporate documents.
  • Coordinate corporate communications and ensure effective dissemination of information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
